Further to our recent problem with the front door locking system, I would like to thank you for the service that was provided.

As we are out of the 2 year NHBC guarantee we contacted you just for guidance as to the type of lock and where likely to be able to purchase a new one. You immediately sent out one of your employees to try to mend it and when he was unable to do so he managed to make our property secure. You then sourced the lock and found out that it was under the manufactures 10 year guarantee and would be replaced with no charges to ourselves.

The service we received from yourselves is exceptional and we knew that if it had been any other builder they would have declined to help we would have been left to sort out any problems ourselves.

Good service like this goes a long way and we would have no hesitation in recommending Edenvale Homes.
